At NoPest Ottawa, we take pride in delivering professional and effective pest control services. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives quality service and a safe, reliable experience.

Because pest control services involve time, labor, materials, and preparation, all sales are final once a service has been performed. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

In the rare event that a customer is not satisfied with the results, we may offer a follow-up inspection or re-treatment — at our discretion — if it is determined that all required instructions were followed and the issue relates directly to the original service.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in a non-refundable service call fee to cover time and travel.

Refunds will not be issued for:

New pest activity unrelated to the original service

Situations where post-treatment instructions were not followed

Refusal of re-treatment or follow-up visits when offered

Services requested and approved by someone authorized at the property
