Welcome to NoPest Ottawa. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a clear understanding between our business and our clients, and to protect both parties throughout the service process.
NoPest Ottawa provides licensed and professional pest control services to residential and commercial clients throughout the Ottawa area. We use regulated, high-quality products and apply treatments according to industry standards and safety guidelines. Every property and infestation is different, and treatment outcomes may vary based on structural, environmental, and sanitation factors beyond our control.
Service appointments are confirmed in advance. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to provide full access to the service location and to disclose any relevant information about the property or infestation.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. By hiring NoPest Ottawa, you confirm that you are authorized to approve services and agree to be responsible for the associated charges.
Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians. These instructions are essential for safety and the effectiveness of the treatment. If instructions are not followed, NoPest Ottawa cannot be held responsible for reduced results, ongoing pest issues, or the need for repeat treatment.
While we always aim to provide the highest quality service, we cannot offer blanket guarantees due to the nature of pest control. However, if the same pest we treated returns within a short or reasonable period — one in which it should not have come back — and all client responsibilities were followed, we may provide a return visit or additional treatment at our discretion. This limited guarantee applies only to the originally treated pest, not new infestations or different pests appearing after service.
NoPest Ottawa is not liable for any damage caused by existing property conditions, undisclosed issues, or improper handling of areas after treatment. By using our services, you acknowledge that pest control involves certain risks, and outcomes may depend on conditions outside our control, such as weather, building structure, neighboring properties, and client hygiene practices.
